Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Data Integration Developer to lead the design and implementation of a robust data integration solution between our SAP and Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce data modeling, managed packages, and SAP data models.

Skillset Required: Salesforce CRM, SAP Integration, Data Modelling, ETL Tools, Salesforce Certified

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Mapping: Analyze complex data structures, identify data sources, and create detailed data mapping specifications to align with business requirements.
• Integration Development: Develop and maintain robust data integration solutions using Salesforce's native tools (e.g., ETL, APIs, Apex, Visualforce) and third-party integration platforms.
• Managed Package Development: Design, develop, and deploy managed packages to encapsulate data integration components and streamline deployment processes.
• SAP Data Model Integration: Integrate Salesforce data with SAP data models, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Data Quality Management: Implement data quality best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the integration process.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize data integration processes for performance and scalability to meet growing business demands.
• Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive documentation for data integration processes and provide ongoing support to end-users.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Project Management: Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of data integration solutions.

Qualifications:

• Must have Salesforce.com Certification (SF.com Certified)
• 9-12 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on data integration.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Salesforce managed packages, and APIs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce data integration tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration and synchronization processes.
• Knowledge of SAP data models and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP CRM is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
