Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python to validate software functionality and performance.
• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and debug failures to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and improve testing processes.
• Perform root cause analysis for failed test cases and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Maintain and optimize Linux-based test environments, ensuring seamless integration with automation frameworks.
• Document and report defects, test results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in automation and Linux systems.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for test automation.
• Proficient in working with Linux environments, including shell scripting and command-line utilities.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
