Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Development Engineer with expertise in embedded Linux driver and kernel development. The role focuses on designing and implementing audio solutions using Linux and advanced audio technologies for embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and optimize Linux drivers and kernel components related to audio.
• Work on ALSA ASoC driver development for audio systems.
• Implement and debug audio transmission protocols like I2S and TDM.
• Develop firmware for audio DSPs and bare metal/RTOS-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and debug audio DAC/ADC interfaces.
• Perform system-level debugging using tools like JTAG to ensure seamless firmware functionality.
• Contribute to system-level knowledge sharing and support audio firmware integration.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ development with a solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• In-depth understanding of Linux fundamentals, especially in embedded systems.
• Expertise in audio transmission protocols such as I2S/TDM.
• Hands-on experience in developing ALSA ASoC drivers and audio DSP firmware.
• Familiarity with audio system concepts and fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with bare metal or RTOS-based firmware development.
• Proficiency in debugging firmware using tools like JTAG.
• Broad system knowledge, including system debugging.
