Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tele Caller to join our team at J Technologies India Private Limited. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our range of GPS devices, reverse cameras, and parking sensors. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Tamil
• Ability to persuade and influence customers

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our range of GPS devices, reverse cameras, and parking sensors
• Provide detailed product information to customers and address any queries or concerns they may have
• Maintain a database of potential customers and follow-up with them regularly
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
