Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time junior-level position located in Chennai, Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, and Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the electronics industry, focusing on electrical engineering and service engineering.

Qualifications and Skills

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in the field of electronics and service engineering.
• Strong understanding of GPS devices, reverse cameras, and parking sensors.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electronic equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic devices.
• Willingness to travel to different job locations as required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair GPS devices, reverse cameras, and parking sensors at client locations.
• Conduct site visits to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
• Offer technical support and guidance to customers for optimal use of products.
