We are seeking a dedicated Billing Executive to join our team at j technologies india private limited. This full-time Mid-Level position is based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in invoicing tasks (Mandatory skill)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including V Lookups (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in handling Accounting functions
• Efficient in utilizing Billing Software for processing transactions
• Strong abilities in Financial Reporting and generating detailed financial statements
• Competent in payment follow-up and ensuring timely collections
• Excellent communication skills for emailing clients and maintaining professional relationships
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate and manage invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including V Lookups and other advanced functions
• Maintain financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards
• Use billing software to process and track customer transactions efficiently
• Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external review
