Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring alignment with company objectives and culture.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that comply with current employment laws and industry standards.
  • Facilitate performance management cycles, including performance reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop effective training programs to meet organizational and employee needs.
