Job Overview
We are Hiring a dynamic Product Advisor for our TeleSales team based in Bangalore. This is a full-time position with a maximum of 6 months of work experience. The role involves active participation in telesales and engaging with potential clients to boost business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in telemarketing, with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong telesales skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to convert leads into customers. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in outbound marketing, with a focus on promoting and selling services. (Mandatory skill)
- A background in business process outsourcing (BPO), ensuring understanding of industry dynamics.
- Aptitude for acting as a product advisor, guiding clients in understanding offerings.
- Experience in inside sales, with the ability to maintain strong inside relationships with clients and identify sales opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and offer solutions promptly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
