Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting interior designers, showcasing our product range, and fostering strong relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty. Your goal will be to expand our customer base and ensure that our products are the top choice for interior designers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Visits: Regularly visit interior designers to present our latest product offerings, provide samples, and discuss how our products can meet their design needs.
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with interior designers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Insights: Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our products and attract new clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
- Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the home decor, furniture, or related industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and persuade effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals successfully.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and client requirements.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients regularly.
