● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
● Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
● Identify new sales opportunities across the globe and handle both inbound, and outbound calls.
● High proficiency with email communication to explore sales opportunities
● Achieve monthly/quarterly milestones and close sales
● Regularly study accounts and identify important players
● Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals
● Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects Requirements
● We look for candidates who are empathetic, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
● Experience: 1-3 years, preferably EdTech sales
● CRM knowledge would be a plus (Leadsquared/ Salesforce)
