We are seeking an experienced recruiter having done Volume hiring / handled large projects with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry to join our team at Zyvka, a recruitment marketplace startup. As a recruiter on our platform, you will have the opportunity to work with the Top clients in the Insurance Industry.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the Insurance Industry( Preferred Life Insurance)

● Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitment.

● Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and prepare a roadmap to deliver them.

● Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts through social media, professional organizations, and other channels.

● Manage the end to end smooth candidate experience from connecting to onboarding.

● Use Zyvka's recruitment platform to manage your candidate pipeline and track your progress.

● Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and the insurance industry.

● Adhere the TAT in delivering the projects.

Requirements:

● A minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on Volume hiring in Insurance industry

● Proven success in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent in the Insurance industry

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external Stakeholders

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment

● Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms

● Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred
