Location- Novel MSR TECH PARK, Beside KLM, Marathahalli, Bangalore

Timings: (Work from office) Monday to Friday (9:30AM TO 6:30 PM)

Notice period- Immediate Joiners

Primary skills- Good Communication, C2H hiring, Sourcing profiles, End-End recruitment experience.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding client requirements, job description and Tech stack.

Sourcing profiles using (Naukri, monster, LinkedIn, Indeed) as per requirement.

Getting approval and processing the candidates for interviews and updating the status in j2w offer letter tool.

Scheduling interviews and Handling END-END IT Recruitment (Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, doing follow-up, document collection and onboardings).
