Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Racking System Sales Engineer to join our team at Jost's Engineering Co. Ltd in Thane. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The role is pivotal in delivering cutting-edge material handling solutions to our diverse clientele, ensuring the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. Racking system project enquiries should be closed successfully .(Mandatory skill)
  • Extensive product knowledge is essential for understanding the complexities and functionalities of our material handling solutions. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, adept at finding efficient solutions and addressing client concerns promptly. (Mandatory skill)
  • Solid engineering skills to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer-friendly solutions. Entire Execution of racking project is must .
  • Experience in customer relationship management to build and maintain strong customer connections and loyalty.
  • High technical aptitude to adapt to industry advancements and integrate new technologies effectively.
  • Skilled in negotiations, capable of managing contracts and discussing terms to benefit both the company and the clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives while expanding market reach.
  • Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Assist in designing and executing customized material handling solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Build and sustain beneficial relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to enhance sales strategies and product offerings continuously.
  • Identify potential market segments and construct strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales activities, market intelligence, and client feedback to management.
