- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with key international clients to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any client queries or concerns promptly.
- Sales Order Management:
- Prioritize and execute sales orders as per the guidance of the reporting manager.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their orders and coordinate the dispatch of samples as required.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Conduct daily and weekly reviews of actual vs. planned sales and dispatches.
- Investigate any variances and escalate issues as necessary.
- Inventory and Logistics Coordination:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels at customer and transporter locations.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient shipment deliveries.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Submit all necessary reports to top management by the designated deadlines.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments, including production, quality control, and dispatch teams, to ensure smooth operations.
- Support colleagues as needed to achieve team and organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
