Job description :-


Key Responsibilities:

1. User Reactivation: Reach out to inactive users through various communication channels, including calls, emails, and messages, and encourage them to re-engage with the Fantasy Sport & Gaming app.

2. Offer Presentation: Design and present compelling offers to inactive users to incentivize their return to the platform, ensuring a personalized approach based on user preferences.

3. Relationship Management: Establish a personal connection with users, acting as their dedicated Relationship Manager to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.

4. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address user issues and challenges, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction.

5. Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to users, ensuring a positive experience that promotes long-term engagement and loyalty

. 6. Maximum Call Outreach: Conduct maximum outreach through calls, considering users' preferred languages (English, Hindi, Gujarati) to create a meaningful connection.

7. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track user behavior, preferences, and trends, providing insights to improve reactivation strategies.


Qualifications:-

1. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is essential.

2. Education: Graduate from a recognized institution.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively.

4. Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.

5. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with users, understanding their needs and preferences.

6. Sales and Persuasion: A background in sales or customer persuasion is preferred.


Note :- Candidate must have to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat and require only serious candidates.
