Job Overview

JOGO Health Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Executive to join our team in Chennai. This full-time, mid-level position requires a professional who can handle patient interactions and contribute to patient conversion. The role demands excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless patient experience within our digital health services.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and provide necessary information and support.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address and resolve patient issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Proven experience in inside sales techniques.
  • Genuine empathy to understand and respond to patient needs fostering patient satisfaction and trust.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with patients and team members.
  • Customer service expertise to ensure patient needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate with diverse patient groups effectively (Tamil, English & Hindi - Mandatory)
  • Competency with computers and digital tools to manage patient data and communication systems proficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient support through effective communication and empathetic interactions.
  • Assist with inside sales processes by introducing healthcare services to potential clients and converting leads.
  • Address patient concerns and queries efficiently, ensuring a smooth patient journey.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and service delivery.
  • Utilize digital tools to manage and update patient information and service interactions regularly.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated with healthcare processes and technologies.
  • Prepare & maintain reports and document patient feedback.
