  • Maintain telecommunication system.
  • Should be able to answer inquiries regarding the services delivered at the clinic.
  • Maintain proper patient data.
  • Assist the clinic in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Patient / Customer care
  • To handle patient queries and direct them appropriately
  • To manage billing and discount information with patients
  • To efficiently deliver procedures laid down for customer care - these include invoicing.
  • Patient Feedback needs to be filed and effectively implemented.
  • Managing appointments
  • To adhere to company policy and presentation
  • Preparation of Daily reports including Patient Count
  • Courier Dispatch Log has to be maintained.
  • Housekeeping employee duty Logbook need to be maintained.
  • Appointment Reminder calls have to be completed on the previous day evening for the smooth flow of patients.
  • Doctor Appointment Calendar has to be maintained.
  • Orients and educates patients and their families by meeting them and explaining about the care plans and other information relating to the treatments.
  • Respect patients by recognizing their rights; and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Follow up of investigations and diagnostic reports.
  • IP advance collection.
  • Preauthorize pending should clear within 24 hours.
  • Discharge intimation status should be given not more than 12 hours.
  • Probable Date of Discharge should be updated daily.
  • Billing card check.
  • No delay in discharge
  • Time taken for discharge should be within 4 hours.
  • Collection of feedback against discharges.
  • Ensure high patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure all patient grievances are recorded and addressed.
