Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Officer to join our team at JOGNIYA EXPLOSIVES PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience of minimum 3 years in FMCG sales
- Focus on driving sales in retail/ modern , B2B and intuitional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
- Fluency in English and Hindi
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify target outlets for placement
- Feedback and evaluation of results and marketing management's review
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Contact and visit customers to understand their needs, present our products, and provide suitable solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Regularly update CRM software with customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track sales performance and contribute to business planning
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and stay abreast of industry developments
