Position: Delivery Head/Assistant Vice President – IT Recruitment Domain
Location ;- Bangalore

Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Being accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including client specific SLAs and compliance with process,
- Identifying opportunities for solution growth across practice streams,
- Acting as escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution for both parties,
- Supporting the Recruitment Sourcing Manager and Admin Manager with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning and leave management,
- Delivering effective performance optimisation of all team members, ensuring all KPIs (key performance indicator) are set and appropriate, development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required,
- Training and mentoring of the team members daily.
- Monitoring SLA for clients and performance on quarterly basis.
- Track and monitor daily tasks and CV production numbers.
- Schedule and manage daily Interviews and weekend drives
- Attend Client meetings and events when required
- Always maintain updated data and status on the Closures
- Strict adherence to the Processes and SOPs
- Achieve the Team targets on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis
- Assessing Recruitment Sourcing Managers and Recruitment Administrative Managers on performance ratings, financial incentives and development requirements.
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
Qualifications
- 15+ Years of recruitment experience in leading a team and owning the medium to large project deliverables.
- Thorough understanding of end to end recruitment process,
- Experience working in a Team Leader/Operations Management role,
- Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct,
- Excellent communication skills, aptitude required - oral and written,
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends,
- Degree educated or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience working with off-shore client servicing would be preferred.
- Experience working with FTE hiring & C2H hiring process.
- Ability to research, understand the business process.
- Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with Team.
