We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual for the role of CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) at Provista Management Consultants Private Limited. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in our branches located in Bangalore Urban and Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in managing current and savings accounts with a strong focus on sales and liabilities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in managing and acquiring current and savings accounts.
  • Excellent understanding of corporate salary and liability products.
  • Strong sales acumen with experience in banking or financial services sectors.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with different client segments.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients and manage current and savings accounts to drive growth in liabilities.
  • Promote and sell various banking products such as corporate salary accounts and savings accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to provide tailored banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and client feedback to improve service offerings.
