Job Role: The primary target audience are design professionals, including architects who handle interior design and interior designers themselves.

About the Role:

We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Architectural Baffle Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within the architectural market segment by building relationships with architects, influencing their designs, and securing sales of our innovative baffle solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of our baffle product line and its benefits for architects.

Conduct thorough research to identify and target high-potential architectural projects.

Build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and decision-makers within architectural firms.

Educate architects on the technical aspects, design flexibility, and aesthetic value of our baffles.

Present and propose baffle solutions tailored to specific architectural projects, demonstrating their value proposition.

Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Track and analyze your sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on architectural trends and industry specifications.

Travel to meet with architects and attend industry events as needed.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably within the construction or architectural products industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
