Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in recruitment data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
