Location: Coimbatore-WFO

Role: We are seeking a driven and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening top talent to placing them in the right roles within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Prepare and present compelling offers to top candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage and track all recruitment activities through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably within a consulting firm.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top talent.
• Strong understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
