Role : Customer Support Executive - Hindi

Qualification : 12th graduates/Diploma/ug graduates

Industry: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

Work from office (General shift-10Am to 7PM)

Working days: Mon-Sat

Key Responsibilities:

 Answer customer queries through phone, email, and chat.

 Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

 Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with 

customers.

 Provide product or service information and troubleshooting.

 Follow up on customer requests to ensure all issues are resolved.

  • Excellent phone etiquette to maintain professionalism and manage phone interactions smoothly.
  • Problem-solving abilities to swiftly identify issues and propose optimal solutions.
  • Patience to handle challenging situations and maintain composure under pressure.
