Work from office (General shift-10Am to 7PM)

Working days: Mon-Sat

Key Responsibilities:

 Answer customer queries through phone, email, and chat.

 Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

 Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with 

customers.

 Provide product or service information and troubleshooting.

 Follow up on customer requests to ensure all issues are resolved.
