Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with
customers.
Provide product or service information and troubleshooting.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure all issues are resolved.
