Objective and responsibility

Customer related: 

· Responsible for compliance with HIPAA Privacy Rule

· Assure workforce members are compliant by clarifying the Privacy Policies and procedures when questionable

· Ensure all Company policies and procedures are implemented consistently and fairly

· Security Awareness and Training for all personnel, periodic security reminders

· Responsible to drive client mandated compliance activities

· Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses

US Healthcare, HIPAA, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013, GDPR, Client Contract, HITECH 

Risk Management and Risk assessment capabilities

· Up-to-date Knowledge of Business technology and IT

· Sound Understanding of Regulatory Guidelines and Security Policies

· Is able to understand the impact of team/function’s performance on the goals

· Reviews own actions against the process objectives · Communication skills

Experience (years): Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Compliance and Risk

Certifications (Technical / Non-technical), if any: ISO 27001 , ISO 9001
