- Knowledgeable in HR analytics to effectively assess and improve HR operations and employee performance.
- Experience in managing compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and fair compensation plans.

- Ability to lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a respectful and varied workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process by identifying talent and facilitating the interview process to ensure a steady influx of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to promote retention and satisfaction within the company.
- Conduct HR analytics to identify trends and develop initiatives for performance improvement and workforce optimization.
- Administer the company compensation program, ensuring that salaries and benefits are fair and competitive.
- Monitor all HR practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and update policies as necessary to reflect current legislation.
- Champion diversity and inclusion efforts, creating an equitable workplace that values varied perspectives and backgrounds.
- Provide guidance on statutory requirements and HR policies, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are enforced.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters, equipping them with the tools needed for effective team leadership.
- Coordinate training programs that align with business goals and foster employee development and career progression.
