Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough room cleaning and upkeep as per established standards, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for guests.
  • Replace used towels and toiletries with new ones while maintaining the linen supply to save stocks for future needs.
  • Inspect room quality and report any maintenance issues, damage, or necessary repairs to the management team.
  • Organize and stock carts with adequate supplies for the day's tasks to maintain workflow and reduce time loss.
  • Provide guest rooms with fresh linens, vacuum floors, and organize items like cushions and furniture adequately.
  • Secure guests’ valuables left in rooms and report any security concerns, ensuring a trustworthy environment.
  • Actively engage with guests to understand and fulfill any immediate needs, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene standards, ensuring both personal safety and comfort for guests in serviced areas.
