Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience for our Pitampura location. This is a full-time role that involves sourcing and screening candidates, negotiating offers, and maintaining strong communication. The Recruiter will support our staffing initiatives, ensuring seamless talent acquisition processes and enhancing customer relations in line with our company's dedication to making job search hassle-free.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting,
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and methodologies to effectively identify and engage top talent.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and clients, ensuring clear and professional exchanges.
  • Proficiency in negotiation to assist with securing mutually beneficial terms between clients and candidates.
  • Experience in human resources with the ability to manage various recruitment tasks efficiently.
  • Customer relations skills to maintain and foster strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct sourcing activities to identify potential candidates through various channels and tools.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and negotiate job offers, fostering positive experiences for candidates and clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidate profiles, interaction history, and recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with overall company recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and methodologies for better efficiency and effectiveness.
