  • Expertise in AutoCAD to interpret and create comprehensive architectural plans and construction documents essential for successful project execution.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance project visualization, coordination, and construction documentation processes.
  • Skilled in cost estimation and budget management, ensuring financial efficiency and resource allocation across all project phases.
  • Thorough knowledge of local building codes and regulations, guaranteeing all projects meet legal standards and compliance requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple residential construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to drive project timelines, optimizing productivity and project outcomes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations from plans, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, manage quality control processes, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Manage project budgets, perform cost tracking and reporting, and undertake corrective actions to address financial discrepancies.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective resolution of issues and challenges.
  • Oversee procurement processes, negotiating contracts and managing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
