Job Overview
We are seeking a Fresher HR Recruiter to join our team at JobStars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. This full-time role is based in Pitampura. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 1 year of experience in HR or related fields. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our recruitment and talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding potential candidates, while adhering to HR policies and employment laws.

- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing and candidate screening, to efficiently match candidates with job openings.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and assess cultural fit for the organization.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
- Knowledge of HR policies to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Experience in onboarding practices, facilitating a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
- Understanding of employment laws to ensure fairness and compliance in all recruitment and hiring activities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with candidates and hiring managers, providing clear and concise information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and demands for open positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications by conducting comprehensive interviews and reference checks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new employees joining the company.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records to ensure accurate and organized information.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the quality and efficiency of hiring processes.
