The job location is across multiple cities, namely Coimbatore, Chennai, and Patna, with the employment type being full-time. No prior experience is required, but relevant skills such as construction helper and construction labor will be beneficial.

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic understanding of construction site operations and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• The ability to operate simple hand and power tools efficiently and safely on construction sites.
• Sound physical fitness to handle the demands of manual labor tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other workers and professionals on construction projects.
• Attention to detail and awareness of safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to perform various manual tasks as directed by the on-site managers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradesmen and construction workers in carrying out their tasks efficiently.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing any debris or obstacles that might hinder workflow.
• Load and unload construction materials and tools to any location needed across the site.
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors.
• Participate in setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures safely and securely.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
• Handle requests for tools or supplies promptly, ensuring work teams remain productive and efficient.
• Maintain equipment and tools provided, ensuring they are kept in good condition for future use.
