Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in project implementation.
- Develop strategic plans aimed at company growth and sustainable project delivery methods.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health and safety standards at all project sites.
- Manage and direct construction teams, providing leadership and support to achieve predetermined objectives.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and performance meetings to monitor project progress and budget adherence.
