Position Summary

Work as part of a team responsible to analyze, design, develop, configure, test, and implement large web based solutions. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work in a structured agile environment. Candidates are required to develop unit test to support test driven development and continuous integration.

Skills & Requirements

In particular, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

· 5+ years of experience with Python development along with Django/ Flask frameworks

· Knowledge of change management tools (Git)

· Experience with Jenkins is preferable.

· Experience with Django/ Flask - MVT/MVC

· Experience with SQLAlchemy or Django ORM

· Experience with Agile (Scrum)

· Experience with JSON

· Experience developing web applications / single page web applications is desired

· Hands-on experience developing message-oriented integration solutions is desired

· Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL database stores such as MongoDB, Cache or similar is desired

· Must be a proven team player.

Responsibilities

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code

Design and implement of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic

Implementation of security and data protection

Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation

Work collaboratively with front-end team to understand end user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features
