- Handling Back-end task of the projects.
- Co-ordinate with the end user.
- Interact with MSPL Engineers & get their call reports.
- Alignment of Engineers to provide technical remote support as well as on-site support to the customer.
- Alignment of residential Engineers and maintain their attendance.
- Call logging process to the OEM.
- Timely follow-up of the logged calls from the OEM.
- Project wise daily reporting.
