Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of work experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in managing Goods and Services Tax (GST) (Mandatory skill).
• Deep understanding of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in financial reporting, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements.
• Strong skills in tax preparation and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Experience in audit compliance, including preparing for and liaising with external auditors.
• Advanced financial analysis skills for making informed business decisions and financial forecasts.
• Experience with ERP systems and utilizing them for efficient financial management.

Roles and Responsibilities
