Job Overview

We are hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair operations at our company. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintaining the facilities, equipment, and machinery in optimal condition. The ideal candidate has more than 10 years of experience in maintenance management and is skilled in training, engineering, team management, utilities, machinery, sap, and mechanical engineering. This is a full-time position located in Panchkula, Haryana, India with JOB PROVIDER BADDI.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Proven experience in training and developing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using utilities and machinery.
• Experience with SAP or other maintenance management software is preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Oversee the maintenance and repair operations at the company.
