Job Description: Human Resources Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our organization.   • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and improvement plans.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Support employees in their professional development through mentorship and coaching.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Administer and manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and attractive offerings.
  1. Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the organization's adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  1. HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
  1. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Implement initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
  1. Health and Safety:
  • Oversee workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
