QUALIFICATION:- B.PHARMA/M.PHARMA/MSC

⮚    Independently handling and monitoring of Tablet Granulation, Compression and Coating activity.

⮚    Having Knowledge about all steps of Tablet Manufacturing and Capsule filling activity along with documentation. 

⮚     knowledge of Packing activity.

⮚    Monitoring of oral solid manufacturing (Tablet & Capsule) and packing activity with complete documentation.

⮚    Performing a complete investigation (PNC, Exception, CAPA, change control, validation, root cause analysis and risk assessment in quality management system) if any incidence or deviation occur. 

⮚    Having knowledge of Qualifications (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).and Validation. 

⮚    Ensure that manufacturing and packing is being done as per laid down norms, targets and procedure.

⮚    Ensure that manufacturing processes are carried out as per BMR considering cGMP. Guidelines.

⮚    Ensure that packing processes are carried out as per BPR considering cGMP. Guidelines.

⮚    Maintain GMP & cordial Industrial culture in Tablet, Capsule and Packing Section.

⮚    Ensure Proper documentation and maintenance of Various Records like Batch Manufacturing Record, Protocol and Equipment Logs..

⮚     Ensure proper training to workers/ operators/ Officers on respective SOPs.

⮚    In case of leave /absence other concern Executive will responsible for the Job.
