Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Conduct thorough job analysis and create compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


Ideal Candidate

  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Previous experience in hiring for Edtech or related sectors is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
