Role & Responsibilities

• Epicor ERP Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of Epicor ERP financial modules to meet business requirements.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather and analyze functional requirements, translating them into effective Epicor solutions.
• System Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization within the finance modules of Epicor.
• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Epicor financial functionalities.
• Customization: Configure, customize, and maintain Epicor ERP financial modules to align with evolving business needs.
• Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Epicor with other business systems and applications.
• Reporting: Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards within Epicor to provide real-time insights for decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure that the financial modules and processes within Epicor comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and user guides.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of proven experience working with Epicor ERP, specifically in financial modules.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
• Experience in full-cycle implementation and support of Epicor ERP.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Epicor certifications (preferred but not required).
