Role & Responsibilities

• Actively engaging with C-level / CXO-level executives from organizations with over 1000 employees.
• Effectively presenting our Enterprise recruitment and talent engagement solutions.
• Building and managing relationships with prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups.
• Conceptualizing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated.
• Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Is analytically strong with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Is able to work independently as well as with the team.
