Salary: Up to ₹22000 CTC Per Month + ₹3894 Quarterly Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on our products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
- Graduate degree (any discipline).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Week Holiday: 1 rotational off
Work Schedule: Day Shift
Number of working days: 6 days
Work Timings:
For Female Candidates: Any 9 hours between 7 AM to 8 PM
For Male Candidates: Any 9 hours between 7 AM to 12 AM
Interview Process: Telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
