Experience Required:

Total years of work experience required: 6 - 8 Years

Relevant years of work experience required: 2 - 3 Years

Mandatory Requirements:

• Candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in an ASM role are prioritized.
• Local candidates are required.
• Preferably worked in the dairy industry for a minimum of 5 years to a maximum of 8 years.
• Should possess understanding and knowledge about Distribution, Agents, Digital transactions, and Credits.
• Team handling experience is essential.
• Strong skills and experience in Sales and Distribution.
• Should have excellent relationships with customers/retailers in the market.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop sales strategies to achieve targets
• Lead and develop sales team

• Manage relationships with stakeholders

They demonstrate strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a track record of achieving high productivity and fill rates, ideally with local market expertise.
