Job Description

A business development executive is responsible for driving all sales

activities and directly contributing to the revenue and the growth of

the organization. The role involves actively coordinating across

teams, constantly building new accounts, and exercising exceptional

interpersonal skills. He/she should be able to provide new

methodologies and ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior

management updated about the current marketplace and

competitor activity

Job Responsibilities


  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities for the organization.
  • Create a contact channel with the client
  • Solving the queries within the TAT of 48 hours.
  • Meet their quarterly targets on time.
  • Keep prospective client database constantly updated.
  • Aggressive follow-up and coordination within teams on production
  • Constantly conduct market research and stay up to date on the current standpoint of the marketplace and the competitors
