SAP QM Functional Consultant Roles & Responsibilities

1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Quality Management 
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
3. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
4. Design, customize, configure and testing of the module.  Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
5. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
2. Minimum of 4 years designing and configuring QM modules knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM and PP experience is an asset).
3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
4. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
5. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
