Roles and Responsible –

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

• Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.

• Deal with queries and provide correct information.

• Forward calls to the appropriate person.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

• Handling Meeting & Event coordination both internally and externally.

• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.

• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.

• Day-to-day operation work.

• Handle all follow-up calls & support coordination with the team.

Skills – Excellent communication and listening skills.
