- Previous roles as a chef or a background in hotel management

- Establishing connections with vendors involved in manufacturing

- Understanding of crumbs and oil pickup processes through crumbs

- Comprehensive knowledge of ingredients

- Familiarity with all aspects of the manufacturing process

- - Recipe management, including development and creation

- Staying updated on new market trends

- Crafting new recipes based on available ingredients

- Experience in launching Limited Time Offers (LTO) and possessing knowledge of LTO processes
