- Creating or innovating new products

- Prior experience in a chicken production facility

- QSR food development expertise

- Familiarity with various heavy equipment used in food manufacturing

- Experience in developing and working with seasoning and syrup manufacturing

- Previous roles as a chef or a background in hotel management

- Establishing connections with vendors involved in manufacturing

- Understanding of crumbs and oil pickup processes through crumbs

- Comprehensive knowledge of ingredients

- Familiarity with all aspects of the manufacturing process

- - Recipe management, including development and creation

- Staying updated on new market trends
