Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Showroom Sales Manager in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position requires managing showroom operations and driving sales. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales strategies and showroom management to enhance customer engagement and deliver outstanding sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Retail Showroom sales manager experience (Mandatory skill).
- Strong proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer data efficiently and enhance service quality.
- Experience with SalesForce to track sales activities and streamline sales processes effectively.
- Proficiency in Retail Sales Strategies to achieve set sales targets and boost showroom performance.
- Experience with POS Systems to facilitate seamless payment processes and improve transaction accuracy.
- Expertise in Visual Merchandising to design engaging and visually appealing product displays that enhance customer experience.
- Excellent Negotiation skills to close deals successfully while ensuring customer satisfaction and business profitability.
- Proven Team Leadership abilities to guide and motivate sales staff towards achieving individual and collective sales goals.
- Experience as a Retail Showroom salesman to understand the operational intricacies and customer dynamics of showroom environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed showroom sales targets and objectives.
