MR AND QUALITY INCHARGE 

Qualification: BE ELECTRICAL 

Experience : 4 to 7+ years 

KEY PURPOSE FOR YOUR ROLE: 

Responsible for implementation and sustenance of QMS in line with the Adarsha standards and customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation of QMS in production technical and service department as per corporate Quality guidelines.

Maintaining and ensure adherence and sustenance of QMS in all other functional areas of Adarsha-India.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams i.e., with all functional departments of Adarsha-India to execute the QMS as per the plan.

Creating function wise/department wise procedures/process flows or supporting the process owners to create the procedures/process flows as and when required.

Organizing internal audit and releasing the audit reports. 

Coordinating and guiding the process owners to close the non conformities. 

Conducting training programmes and creating the awareness of QMS to all levels of employees.

Supporting MR (Management Representative) in the preparation/facing the Surveillance/ certification/recertification audits.  

Launching/driving Quality related continual improvement programmes.

Supporting MR (Management Representative) for conducting MRMs (Management Review Meeting) and for preparation of MIS report (Management Information System report) related to Quality/QMS.

Focus on continuous improvements of quality process and procedures, productivity improvements, waste elimination, standardisation etc., 

Set the standards and lead by example. 

Understand the Companys policy and procedures and adherence to the same without compromising.

Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the products, quality procedures & standards, technology, trade practices, etc.
